Information for speakers

Thank you very much for your interest in sharing your knowledge with colleagues at our seminar!

Presentations

Presentations should be 15-20 minutes long.

This year´s main topic is nhp in neuroscience, but any other nhp-related topic is welcome, be it on animal welfare, regulations, special treatments, case reports, or anything else you would like to share.

Please note that, even as a speaker, you nevertheless will have to register for the seminar as EPV member, non-member, or student.

Seminar

Our seminar will start informally with an icebreaker on September 18th at 7 p.m. and end with a guided walking tour through the old town of Goettingen on September 21st, 11 a.m.. Make sure to book your tour ticket for this social event, as there is a limited number of tickets available.

The program on September 19th and 20th will start at 9 a.m. and end at 4 p.m., there will be a dinner get-together on September 19th. Icebreaker, coffee breaks, lunches and dinner are included in the congress fee. Feel free to bring extra guests for dinner, but please make sure to book and pay for their meal separately (€ 100,-).

Please send an abstract and the title of your presentation to epvassociation@gmail.com with the subject “application for presentation”. The EPV board will consult on your abstract and if the board agrees, we will let you know as soon as possible.
